Return & Exchange Policy
You can return or exchange any item up to 5 days of receiving your purchase as long as it is returned in its original condition, meaning in the same condition it was delivered to you i.e. unworn, undamaged, with all original labels and well packaged. if returning footwear, please make sure the shoebox is packed with an outer layer. as the shoebox is part of the product, we will not accept returned footwear with a damaged shoe box.. All items will be inspected upon return. We will not be able to offer refunds or exchanges after 5 days from delivery.
With regards to exchange within the 14 days, we will aim to meet your request however if the size you are wanting is out of stock then a refund for the item will be given.
We do not cover the cost of postage on returns and exchanges. We recommend that packages are sent with proof of delivery, as we will only be able to issue refunds and exchanges based on receipt of items and on the basis the items are in the same physical condition as when they were delivered to you as set out above.
If the item is faulty we will do all we can to correct the situation.
You must report any defected or damaged goods to us within 7 days of when the order was delivered. Contact us by email (support@deijour.com) so that you can include photographs of the issue.
We will then inform you in writing of our acceptance that the goods are faulty or not. You should await that communication prior to sending the items back to us, as we will not accept any liability or responsibility for the costs associated for returning an alleged defected product prior. We may reject that your item is defected which means you will have to follow the returns process.
If we suspect that an item has been deliberately damaged then we will refuse to provide a refund.
If an item is being returned to us by the courier, re-delivery charges may be applicable if significant contact has been made with the customer.
